Rediscover the old flavors of ancient recipes. Appetizers, first courses, main courses accompanied by rich side dishes, all prepared with care and according to ancient Tuscan recipes. All this is often combined with Barbara's creativity and passion for desserts, a mix between the old and the new, between art and imagination. All this to satisfy and amaze your palates,

First and second courses

Our second courses are typically inspired by ancient Tuscan recipes, ranging from the mountains to the sea, from meat to fish (by reservation). We favor a short supply chain using only meat from nearby farms and fish from the nearby Argentario coast. Our idea of โ€‹โ€‹well-being also comes from the search for wholesome foods scented with natural spices grown in our garden
